Originally from Puerto Rico and now based in Portland, Oregon, Yara brings over a decade of experience driving learning excellence within some of the most demanding industries, including banking, Medicare insurance, and healthcare.
Her unique approach blends strategic vision with flawless execution. With a Doctorate in Distance Education and Instructional Design, she engineers learning experiences that are both effective and engaging for remote and hybrid teams. Her certification as a Strategic Human Resources Leader from Cornell University ensures that every talent initiative is directly aligned with business objectives. And thanks to her Master's in Information Technology, she delivers modern, scalable learning solutions built for performance.
Yara's commitment to empowerment extends beyond the corporate world.
